Some General Recommendations:
 
Whenever possible take a warm shower prior to your massage. This will be helpful in beginning to relax your muscles.
 
Drink lots of water both before and after your massage. Massage increases your circulation and gets the toxins moving. Water helps to expel them more quickly resulting in better health for you. This also eliminates the possibility of feeling at all headachy or queasy after the session which can occur when the body is dehydrated and releasing toxins too quickly.
 
It is recommended that you turn off your cell phone and forget for an hour the things that bog you down. Use this time for you. Meditate, pray, or think about nothing at all as your body lets down and enjoys complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Massage can be a wonderful experience in every way, enhancing your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
 

Payment  And Cancellation Policies

Payment is due at the time of service unless  special arrangements have been made prior to your session. A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required if you are unable to keep your scheduled session. Please call 360.509.0345  if you are unable to keep your appointment.

30 MINUTE SESSION - $ 40.00

60 MINUTE SESSION - $ 65.00

75 MINUTE SESSION - $ 75.00

90 MINUTE SESSION - $ 90.00

120 MINUTE SESSION - $120.00
